Shipping

Shelby Products, LLC uses production facilities located throughout the United States in order to bring the best product selections to you.

Orders of in-stock merchandise received Monday through Friday by 5:00pm EST are usually shipped within 3-5 business days of receipt of order, pending account or credit card authorization.

Standard shipping method via UPS. (You may experience some items shipped via USPS)

Backordered items will be shipped separately as soon as they become available, standard shipping via UPS. (You may experience some items shipped via USPS)

Some products (such as seating, console furniture and other specialty items) are shipped directly from the manufactures and normally have delivery times longer than our standard 3-5 business days. Such items may require special shipping and are quoted/shipped best available method while making every effort to provide you with best shipping solution and cost.

2-Day, Next Day and Expedited services are available considering product availability and additional shipping charges will apply. Please note: we cannot ship 2-Day, Next Day or expedited services to PO Boxes.

Sales Tax

Ohio sales tax will apply where applicable on your entire amount ordered including shipping and handling, unless sales tax exempt certificate is provided. Please email or fax your tax exempt certificate referencing your order number.

Place of Sale
Orders become valid, and the sale shall be deemed made in St. Marys, Auglaize County, Ohio subject to the terms set forth herein, when accepted by Shelby Products, LLC., St. Marys, Auglaize County, Ohio.

Although every effort is made to keep our website accurate and error-free, occasional mistakes may occur. In the event an error has occurred, we reserve the right to correct the error. Shelby Products LLC, reserves the right to change product pricing at any time.

Merchandise Returns
The original packing receipt must accompany all returns and the return must include the original order number. All returns are required to have an RMA (return authorization number). A 20% restocking charges may apply. For returns relating to matters covered by a manufacturer's warranty, you should contact our customer service department via phone or email to coordinate the repair/return.
